Dr. Hans Petschar, Head of the Picture Archives at the Austrian National Library and a former Austrian Marshall Plan Chair at Center Austria, was awarded the Cross of Honor for Science and Art, First Class by the Federal President of the Republic of Austria Dr. Alexander Van der Bellen for his scholarly work.
