On Oct. 24 volume 21 Austrian Lives of Contemporary Austrian Studies was presented to the public in a panel presentation at the Wirtschatsuniversitaet Wien by the editor Guenter Bischof and some of the authors of the volume.
These included Elisabeth Roehrlich, University of Vienna (on Austrian Chancellor Bruno Kreisky), Guenter Bischof, Peter Berger, University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna (host), Bernhard Fetz, Director, Austrian Literature Archives, National Library, Vienna (on theory of biographic writing), Johannes Koll, University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna (on Austrian top-Nazi Seyss-Inquart).
Former Austrian Ambassadors in Washington, D.C., Peter Moser and Christian Prosl, along with Thomas Nowotny (husband of former Ambassador Eva Nowotny) were also in the audience.
