Gregor Thuswaldner is Associate Professor of German and Linguistics & Chair, Department of Languages and Linguistics & Fellow, Center for Christian Studies at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts.
He is a native of Salzburg and studied German and English at the University of Salzburg and Bowling Green University in Ohio. He received his PhD in German Studies from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
He is the co-editor of Der untote Gott: Religion und Ästhetik in der deutschen und österreichischen Literatur des 20. Jahrhundert [The Undead God: Religion and Asthetics in Twentieth Century German and Austrian Literature] and Derrida und danach? Literaturwissenschaftliche Diskurse der Gegenwart [After Derrida?] Contemporary Literary Discourses (2008).
